Open Enrollment for Lumen/CenturyLink Benefits will be November 9-20, 2021. The good news is that premiums will not be increasing. Attached are Full Time & Part Time Employee rates as well as retiree rates. The Open Enrollment packet and information will be available online starting November 2, 2020.
